All items are crafted and personalized one at a time at our shop in Powell, OH. After your order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days to make and ship out (5 days during holidays). Depending on where you live, it then typically takes an additional 3-5 days for the item to arrive. (please allow an extra time for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
